Therapy Playhouse requires families to provide complete and accurate insurance information for their children. Therapy Playhouse will then bill insurance companies for all services rendered. Should your insurance information change, please be sure to call us at 727-423-0060 with your new/updated insurance information as soon as possible. Please be aware of your therapy benefits under your specific insurance plan and note that if your insurance denies coverage for services, it is your financial responsibility to make payment in full for all services rendered.
If you should receive a check from your insurance company…
Therapy Playhouse kindly files insurance for all of its clients so that our families are not required to pay out of pocket up front. In many instances, the insurance checks are sent to the family instead of directly to Therapy Playhouse. We do everything we can upon filing your claim to request that the insurance companies send the checks directly to us, but many times it comes to the families anyway. When you get a check from your insurance to cover your child’s Therapy Playhouse services rendered, please make a copy of the Explanation of Benefits (EOB) so we know how to credit your child’s account, and send both the EOB and the check to Therapy Playhouse. We request that you send the checks immediately upon receipt. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated!
